Sales Support Executive
Overview
The Sales Support Executive is responsible for supporting the internal sales team and to undertake administration and other office duties that are required.
Job responsibilities:
Support sales team with processing customer orders, customer accounts, and other related issues Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives Work with sales managers to create quotes, creating specs and follow-ups.
· Deals with any customer feedback and aftersales calls whilst liaising with production and other relevant departments.
· Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
Updates and process new sales leads as necessary Keep CRM updated and make sure all client contacts are kept updated and are current Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests

· Supports initiatives that improve our customer’s experience
· Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
· Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Requirements for Sales Support Specialist
Degree in business, Computers or related field (or equivalent) is preferred
Or person with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Excel and CRM software along with Data analysis Strong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfaction Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry Ability to pay strong attention to detail
